Open door is our Crisis planning and management project. Those within the street lifestyle community can often struggle to maintain a rigid appointment schedule but often need short term support at times of individual crisis - we at Help the Homeless have identified a need amongst our service users for this short-term support for a variety of reasons, from, accruing rent arrears to bereavement.

If after our service user’s initial crisis has been resolved or stabilised, ongoing support needs are identified we can transition the service user to either other services within the city or within our service’s projects.
