360 DEGREE & AFTER CARE

Our approach to helping our service users is to provide a 360-degree support service where possible.

We listen to the needs of those we are working with and tailor our response to their individual requirements. Our help includes, but is not limited to, advocacy, assistance with benefit claims, attending appointments with service users, mental health and substance abuse referrals, food parcels, support into employment, providing emergency accommodation, helping to source and acquire long-term sustainable accommodation.

Once accommodated we provide a ‘welcome pack’ containing essentials, i.e. microwave, kettle, toaster, towels etc., and provide furniture as needed.

Our intensive support continues even when a service user is no longer technically homeless because the problems which made them homeless in the first place, are often still present.
