Encompassed aftercare is a project developed to cater for those with varying complexities relating to homelessness with a specific focus on those with an offending history.

This project is aimed at those rough sleeping or in temporary/emergency accommodation with individulised requirements including but not limited to entrenchment, disengagement, mental health and substance use.

Those that struggle to sustain a tenancy and progress with a life indoors. A project to help navigate individuals through the complex systems surrounding homelessness, maximising access to relevant services, suitable accommodation and other support available to them.

Linking and wrapping substantial intensive support around the service user to enable them to continue progression beyond the accommodation need.
